Registration Process

  1. Prospective students are encouraged to visit their nearest ACI Computer Institute center for a personalized counseling session with our Academic Counselors. To locate your nearest ACI Center, click here.
  2. To initiate the admission process, please complete the official application form provided with the prospectus.
  3. All details on the application form must be filled in capital letters and in English only.
  4. Ensure the application form is duly signed and affixed with a recent passport-size photograph. Double-check all entered details for accuracy. Do not leave any field blank.
  5. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents (e.g., copies of mark sheets, Aadhaar card) and applicable fee at your nearest authorized ACI training center.
  6. Upon receipt of the application, our Head Office will process the enrollment. Student ID cards will be issued and dispatched to the respective centers.
  7. Students must collect their ID cards from the center within one month of enrollment.
  8. It is mandatory for students to carry their officially endorsed ID card while on the center premises at all times.
  9. ACI reserves the right to cancel an admission in case of non-payment of dues or any breach of the institute’s disciplinary policies.
  10. Once cancelled, an admission will not be reconsidered. Fees paid at the time of admission are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
